These terms apply when you use the Wonders of Mine store or place an order. Please read them. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us and these terms

Wonders of Mine is a kids' room-decor and gift brand operated from Australia. "Wonders of Mine" is a trading name. You can contact us at info@wondersofmine.com.

Ordering and made-to-order production

Everything we sell is made to order — we produce each item specifically for your order through our print-on-demand partners, then ship it to you. Because of this:

• production happens before transit, so total delivery time is production time plus shipping time (see our Shipping Policy);
• once production has started, an order generally can't be changed or cancelled — but if you contact us within about two hours of ordering we can often still catch it;
• an order may be produced and shipped by more than one partner and may arrive in separate parcels (see our Shipping Policy).

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a listing contains an obvious error, or we cannot verify payment — and if we do, we will not charge you, or we will refund you.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency for your selected market. Our base currency is US dollars (USD); other markets — the countries shown in our region selector — are selectable. Prices, taxes and delivery costs applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you pay. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect an order you've already placed.

Any duties or import taxes that may apply are described, where relevant, in our Shipping Policy or at checkout. International orders may attract import duties or taxes payable by the recipient.

Our artwork and intellectual property

All artwork, designs, images, text, the Wonders of Mine name, logo and branding on this store are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use our designs or branding for your own commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product — it does not transfer any rights in the artwork or design.

No personalisation service

We do not offer a personalisation service. We do not add names, photos, custom messages or other custom content to products. Our products are sold as shown on their product pages.

Who can buy

The store is intended for and directed at adult purchasers. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a contract. Our products are children's room decor and gifts bought by adults; they are not sold to children.

Availability and the store "as is"

We try to keep product images, colours and descriptions accurate, but screens vary and printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on your device. We provide the store on a reasonable-efforts basis and don't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the consumer guarantees described in our Refund & Returns Policy. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product or for your use of the store is limited, at our option, to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Some of these limits may not apply to you if your local law doesn't allow them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that place — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We'll update the "last updated" date when we change this page.
