Refund & Returns Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Everything we sell is made to order — each piece is produced specifically for you once you place your order, then printed and shipped by our production partners. That shapes how returns work, so please read this before ordering. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law (see "Your rights under the law" below).
Faulty, damaged or misprinted items — we'll make it right
If something arrives damaged, defective or misprinted — for example a manufacturing flaw, a warped or marked print, an ink problem, or the wrong item or artwork — we will replace it or refund it. You will not be left to argue with our supplier: we handle that.
To sort it out quickly:
- email us within 30 days of delivery at info@wondersofmine.com, with your order number and a clear photo (or photos) of the issue;
- in almost every case you will not need to post anything back — a photo is enough for us to arrange a replacement or refund;
- if the item never arrived, get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll chase it and send a replacement.
We aim to reply to every message within one business day.
Change of mind
Because each piece is produced to order, we handle change-of-mind differently from an off-the-shelf shop. As each item is produced specifically for your order, we're generally unable to accept returns or exchanges simply for change of mind, wrong size or wrong colour chosen at checkout — the same position our production partners take on made-to-order goods. This does not affect the legal guarantees and rights described below, which always apply. Please check sizes carefully before ordering — every product page lists dimensions in both centimetres and inches.
Either way: if you contact us within about two hours of ordering, we can often still change or cancel it before production begins — email us straight away and we'll try.
Your rights under the law (these always apply)
Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
EU and UK: If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within a set period. That right can be limited for goods made to your order or clearly personalised, and our items are produced to order — but we do not want to overstate or wrongly claim an exemption here. Rather than assert that our products fall outside your cancellation right, if you are an EU or UK consumer and wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@wondersofmine.com and we will consider your request in light of the law that applies to it. For clarity, we do not currently offer checkout to EU addresses on this store; this section is provided for UK consumers and in case EU checkout is enabled in future. In all cases, your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Refunds
Where we agree a refund, we process it to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If we arrange a replacement instead, we produce and ship it at no extra cost to you.
How to reach us about a return
There is no return address to post to — please contact us first at info@wondersofmine.com and we'll tell you exactly what to do. Because items are made to order and issues are almost always resolved with a photo, sending something back is rarely needed, and posting an item back without contacting us first may mean we can't process it.
