Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information Wonders of Mine collects when you visit our store or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and specific — we only describe things we actually do.

Who we are

Wonders of Mine is a premium kids' room-decor and gift brand, operated from Australia. "Wonders of Mine" is a trading name; in this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the business trading as Wonders of Mine.

You can reach us about anything in this policy — including any request about your personal information — by email at info@wondersofmine.com. We are contactable by email only; we do not publish a phone number or postal address.

For visitors in the EU and UK: Wonders of Mine is the data controller of the personal information described in this policy, and can be contacted using the support email above.

The information we collect

Information you give us when you order or get in touch:

  • your name;
  • your shipping address;
  • your email address;
  • your billing details (note: card payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not see or store your full card number, see "Payments" below);
  • anything you choose to tell us in a message (for example, a support question or a note about a delivery).

Information collected automatically when you browse:

  • basic device and usage data (such as pages viewed and general location by country/region), collected through cookies and similar technologies so the store works and so we understand, in aggregate, how it is used. See "Cookies" below.

We do not run a manual personalisation service, so we do not collect names, dates or messages to print onto products. If you send us that kind of detail in a message, we only use it to answer you.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • take, produce and ship your order, and keep you updated on it;
  • provide customer support and handle any returns, replacements or refunds;
  • run and secure the store, and understand how it is used so we can improve it;
  • send you marketing emails only if you have opted in, and only until you opt out;
  • meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

For visitors in the EU and UK: our legal bases are performance of your order contract (to fulfil and support orders), your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve the store) — balanced against your rights.

Who we share it with

We are a made-to-order business: each piece is produced when you order it. To do that, we share the information necessary to produce and deliver your order with the following processors. We share only what each one needs — typically your name and shipping address for production and delivery — never more than the order requires.

  • Shopify — our store and checkout platform, which hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf.
  • Our print-on-demand fulfilment partners — Gelato, Printful and Printify — who produce and ship the items in your order. An order may be split across more than one partner (see our Shipping Policy), so more than one partner may receive your name and shipping address for the items they are making.
  • Payment provider — your payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its payment partners, on our behalf.
  • Email — we send order and (if you opt in) marketing emails through Shopify Email.
  • Analytics — we use Shopify's built-in analytics to understand store usage in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.

Some of these providers operate outside Australia, and your information may be processed overseas (including in the EU, the UK and the United States) as part of producing and delivering your order. We rely on our providers' contractual protections for these transfers.

Payments

Your payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Please never send card numbers, passwords or similar details to us by email.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — we act on opt-outs promptly. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential order and service emails (for example, an order confirmation or a shipping update).

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies:

  • essential cookies that make the store and checkout work (for example, remembering your cart) — these are always on;
  • analytics cookies that help us understand, in aggregate, how the store is used.

Where required (including for visitors in the EU and UK), we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies and you can decline them. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. We keep this minimal and will not add tracking we don't describe here.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil and support your order and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or de-identify it. Marketing contacts are kept until you opt out.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. Australian visitors have these rights under the Australian Privacy Principles; visitors in the EU and UK also have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

To make a request, email us at info@wondersofmine.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and within any period required by law. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may also complain to your local data protection authority; Australian visitors may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
