This policy explains how Wonders of Mine handles personal information when you visit the store, place an order, subscribe to marketing emails or contact support. It describes the connected services and the choices available to you.

About Wonders of Mine

Wonders of Mine is a brand within Virtual Buyers Agent Pty Ltd (ABN 62 694 217 046), an Australian company.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, Virtual Buyers Agent Pty Ltd is the controller responsible for the personal information handled by the business under this policy. It can be contacted using the support details above.

Information collected

Information provided when ordering, subscribing or contacting support:

• name, shipping address and email address;
• billing and order details, including the products selected;
• marketing subscription and consent choices;
• information you choose to include in a support message.

Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. Wonders of Mine does not receive or store your full card number. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or similar details by email.

Information collected through store and connected services: device and browser information, IP address and general location, pages and products viewed, searches, and cart, checkout and purchase activity. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies support store operation, security, analytics and the measurement services described below.

Wonders of Mine does not offer manual product personalisation. Names, dates or messages are not collected to print onto products. If you include that information in a support message, it is used to respond to the enquiry.

How information is used

• To take, produce and deliver orders and provide order updates.
• To answer enquiries and handle returns, replacements or refunds.
• To operate and secure the store and understand its use.
• To send opted-in marketing emails and manage subscription choices.
• To support analytics, product catalogue connections and advertising-related measurement.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the bases for these uses include performing the order contract, complying with legal obligations, consent for marketing and non-essential technologies where required, and legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the store where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Providers and information sharing

Wonders of Mine uses providers for store operation, payments, production, delivery, email and measurement. The information shared depends on the provider's role and the service involved.

• Shopify: hosts the store and checkout and processes orders. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. It uses customer data from this store together with data from other merchants to support enhanced services, including store improvement and advertising-related insights, subject to applicable privacy choices. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy portal.
• Gelato, Printful and Printify: produce and deliver made-to-order products. They receive information needed for their items, typically the recipient's name, shipping address and relevant order details. Different fulfilment partners may handle different items in an order.
• Shopify Payments and its payment partners: process payments and associated billing information.
• Email services: Shopify handles order and account notifications. Klaviyo supports marketing subscriptions, opted-in email and related analytics. Consent, unsubscribe and suppression records are also used to manage who can receive marketing.
• Analytics and advertising integrations: Shopify analytics and Google Analytics 4 help measure store usage. The connected Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Pinterest integrations support product catalogue synchronisation and measurement. Depending on applicable privacy choices and integration settings, these services may receive device and browsing information, pages and products viewed, searches, and cart, checkout and purchase activity. Enhanced Meta matching may also use customer contact information such as name, email and address. A connected integration does not mean a Wonders of Mine advertising campaign is running.

Connected measurement services can involve sharing information with third parties for online behavioural advertising and related measurement, even when no Wonders of Mine campaign is running. Depending on applicable law, advertising-related disclosures may be treated as sale, sharing or targeted advertising. The relevant choices and consent requirements depend on the service and your location.

Providers may process information outside Australia, including in the EU, UK and United States, for store operation, fulfilment, email, analytics and measurement. Destinations and processing arrangements vary by provider and service. Contact support with questions about overseas handling.

Marketing choices

Wonders of Mine sends marketing emails only to opted-in recipients. You can use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact info@wondersofmine.com to stop marketing emails. Opting out does not stop essential order or service messages, such as order confirmations and shipping updates.

Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not automatically delete your profile, order history, consent history or unsubscribe and suppression records. Records may be retained to honour your choices and handle orders, requests and applicable obligations. Klaviyo suppression prevents marketing messages while retaining the profile. A request to delete personal information is handled separately.

Cookies and privacy controls

The store uses cookies and similar technologies for required store and checkout functions, analytics, and marketing and measurement associated with connected services. Available choices depend on your location and the service involved.

Where the store's cookie banner is provided, its preferences controls allow choices for non-essential categories, including analytics and marketing. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking required cookies may affect store or checkout functions. If a control is unavailable or you need help with a choice, contact support.

The data-sharing opt-out page explains the store's available opt-out choices. Its cookie and device-identifier opt-out is available when browsing from applicable US states, as explained on that page. Email unsubscribe and data-sharing choices are separate controls.

Additional provider information and choices are available through Pinterest personalisation settings, AdChoices, Google's partner-site information and privacy choices, and Shopify's privacy portal. Provider settings do not replace store controls or requests to support.

Retention

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the type of record, order and support needs, consent and opt-out choices, security and dispute handling, and applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. Order records may remain necessary after an order is delivered. Consent, unsubscribe and suppression records may remain necessary after marketing stops.

Information that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or de-identified where appropriate and subject to applicable retention requirements. Opting out of marketing is not an automatic deletion request. Contact support to ask about particular records or request deletion.

Access, correction and other requests

You can contact info@wondersofmine.com to make a reasonable request for access to or correction of personal information, request deletion, raise a privacy concern or stop marketing emails. Wonders of Mine will assess the request and respond within a reasonable time and any applicable legal deadline. Identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed or changed.

Legal rights depend on your location, the law that applies and its coverage of the business and the processing involved. Where applicable, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Some requests are subject to exceptions, including records needed to fulfil orders or meet legal obligations.

If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the relevant privacy regulator where its law and complaint process apply. This may include the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in Australia or the relevant data protection authority in the EU or UK.

Wonders of Mine updates this policy when its information-handling practices change. The last updated date identifies the version published on this page.
