Made to order, then shipped

Every piece is made to order by Wonders of Mine (ABN 12 714 368 692) — we produce it specifically for you once you order, then ship it. So the time to receive an order is production time plus delivery time, not delivery time alone.

We produce close to you wherever our network allows, so your order travels a shorter distance to reach you. That also means production and delivery estimates vary by item and destination. The estimate shown at checkout is the one to rely on — we don't promise a fixed delivery date.

Production times, by what you ordered

  • Wall art is made in a local workshop close to your address. Our production partner does not publish a fixed making time, so we don't quote one here — the estimate shown at checkout reflects your actual address and the option you choose.
  • The cushions and the throw typically take 2–5 business days to make.
  • The duvet cover and the pillowcase are made at a single workshop and travel from there. They typically take 2–5 business days to make; the journey is on top of that and varies a great deal by destination, so the estimate shown at checkout reflects your actual address.

These are production times only. Delivery is on top.

Your order may arrive in multiple parcels

Because every piece is made to order, and different pieces are made in different workshops, your order may arrive in multiple parcels, arriving separately. This is normal and nothing has gone wrong.

It happens for straightforward reasons:

  • Wall art and soft furnishings are made in different workshops, so they travel separately.
  • Unframed prints and framed pieces are packed differently — our smallest unframed size (A4) travels flat, larger unframed sizes travel rolled in a tube, and framed pieces are boxed separately in rigid protection.
  • Bedding is made and dispatched separately from the rest of the range, so it may travel on its own timeline.

Each parcel has its own tracking, and we'll always show you the delivery estimate for what you've ordered. We can't tell you in advance how an order will be split — that depends on the workshops and the carriers involved on the day.

Delivery costs

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address and what you've ordered, and is shown in full before you pay.

Standard delivery is free on orders at or above the threshold for your market:

  • Australia — A$150
  • United Kingdom — £75
  • European Union — €90
  • United States — US$100

Below that, standard delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout. Express delivery is available for Australian addresses.

Markets we ship to

We ship to the countries shown in the region selector on our store, and prices show in your selected market's currency. Our active markets are Australia, the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

If your country appears in the selector but checkout does not offer you a delivery rate, we cannot ship there yet. Email us at info@wondersofmine.com and we'll tell you exactly where we stand.

Duties and import taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes payable by the recipient, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking, delays and problems

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking. If tracking stalls or a parcel is delayed, we chase it — not you. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy: contact us within 30 days with your order number (and a photo, for damage) and we'll put it right.
